Analista de sistemas (2003), pós-graduado em docência do ensino superior (2006), MBA em gestão estratégica de empresas e negócios (2013), com 19 anos de experiência em TI, sendo que os últimos 15 anos atendendo clientes de Outsourcing na IBM, IT Specialist IBM Certified e ITIL® V2/V3 Foundation Certified, bons conhecimentos em processos de Capacity e Performance, Availability Management, Níveis de Serviços e Gerencia de Projetos. Atualmente atuo como arquiteto de soluções tecnicas para novos clientes e clientes da base IBM de outsourcing.
Systems Analyst (2003), a graduate degree in teaching in higher education (2006), an MBA in strategic management of companies and businesses (2013), with 16 years of IT experience, with the last 15 years serving clients in Outsourcing IBM, IBM Certified IT Specialist and ITIL V2 / V3 Foundation Certified, good knowledge in processes of Capacity and Performance, Availability Management, Service Level and Project manager. Currently working as a technical solutions architect for new customers and customers of IBM outsourcing base.
